Once the blog is up and running my best five tips for a new blogger would be:
1. Choose a style which is easy and appealing on the eye and interesting
to look at for the author as well as the visitor.
2. Don’t let the blog become too ‘cluttered’ on the main page
– be sure to select “archive” old posts regularly to avoid miles of
posts all at once.
3. Keep the posts of a reasonable length and break the content
up in to small paragraphs, with plenty of ‘white’ space.
4. Up-date the blog on a regular basis to avoid stale news, and respond
to any comments placed by visitors.
5. Do not reveal things like your home address, telephone numbers,
passwords etc to ANYONE no matter how trustworthy they may seem.
