MEET THE TEACHER

As I ploughed my way through the myriad of student posts, I managed to find 'Cynthia's long and boring post'. Cynthia is to be my tutor, mentor and 'helpline' throughout this unit. I really enjoyed her introduction - it made me feel a lot more in tune with what lay ahead. After replying to her email, I then wrote and posted a personal introduction to Cynthia and all my fellow classmates. I explained my reasons for taking on this unit in internet studies and that my eventual dream is to be sitting under a tree somewhere in the great outdoors, designing web sites. I was quite amused by Cynthia's response where she suggested a great name for my eventual business - "Under the tree"............ Here a pic of one of my favorite trees, which I took in the North West of WA a couple of years ago, as a commission for the ABC, to use on the cover of "Tim Winton's Dirt Music CD. I'll add a picture to this BLOG later of 'my tree'
