MODULE 3 - HTML TUTORIAL - Paragraphs

Objectives

After this lesson, I am now able to:

* Identify the paragraph break tag in HTML.
* Copy text from the web page and paste it in another document.
* Insert paragraph breaks into the text of my HTML document and view the changes within the web browser.

A. I actually opened the browser window of the volcano web and hit 'refresh' which refreshed the page. However, the tutorial suggested the following: # Return to your web browser.

NOTES TO ME SO FAR........

I'm still not too sure about how I should be lining up the script in the text editor - i.e tabbing etc for ease of reading.

Read up a bit more on the !DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN" which is placed in the beginning of a new file. I understand that it identifies which type of HTML is used but 'how do I know which type I am using?'

I am feeling very frustrated because when entering all my saved data in to my 'blog' I can not include any HTML 'tags'as it will not accept and publish them!
